Brehm provides a unique environment for our students. We are not just a school for students with ADHD and ADD, although we have a great deal of experience with students dealing with these disorders. In addition to addressing the obvious issues, we also provide support for the depression and other conditions associated with learning disabilities. We offer programs to help with social skills, for example. At Brehm Preparatory School, we are not merely helping children get through school. Because we are a boarding school, we are able to provide much more support than other attention deficit disorder schools.
At Brehm Preparatory School we offer a 4::1 student to teach ratio. Core curriculum classes will have a maximum of eight students, although many classes are smaller and there is also individual instruction. We teach our students to use modern technology to their advantage and each is issued a laptop with pre loaded with specially selected programs such as Dragon Naturally Speaking voice recognition software, Microsoft Office, My Reading Coach and more. We offer every advantage to our student body so that they will learn how to live a successful life.
