The weekly Campus Forum, conducted by Brehm leadership, helps to shape a positive campus culture and addresses any current events or campus-wide issues. Accomplishments are rewarded and school values are also discussed during this important weekly event.
Each year, students and staff have the opportunity to be part a number of extended trips to expand students’ horizons as they learn about other cultures and history and life experiences. Previous trips included international visits to France, Spain, Ireland, England, Greece, Africa, and China. As well as ski trips, and trips to regional cultural areas like St. Louis, MO and Nashville, TN. Each school year, students produce a Spring Play with the staff’s help. Production work includes set and costume design, sound, lighting, stage management, and other roles, not to mention the actors on stage. Students and staff also work to provide still and video documentation of the event for the cast and families.
Other campus event that occur include Science Day, Field Day, campus cleanups. A number of Eagle Scout Projects have also taken place on campus. Those project, some ran by our students and some from local community Scouts are all targeted at campus improvement. Projects have included bridges and trails on campus as well as benches and other structures for our athletic fields.
